The Impact of a Multilevel Innovation Network and Government Support on Innovation Performance—An Empirical Study of the Chengdu–Chongqing City Cluster

A national strategy has been deployed for the development of China’s western region. The Chengdu–Chongqing city cluster is an important platform collaborative regional innovation.
